Lane Rewards

Becoming a Friend of the Lane is easy (and free)! You can join online via the link below or in our restaurant or tasting room.

As soon as you join, you can start earning loyalty rewards for any purchases you make!

Members of our Gathering Club will automatically earn rewards with every visit and online purchase.*

All we need is your full name and email address. We’ll also ask you for your date of birth (so we can send you a birthday reward!) and mobile number, but this is optional information. You can update these details at any time by accessing the Preference Centre, which can be found via a link on the bottom of all emails from The Lane Vineyard.

For every $20 you spend online or in our restaurant or tasting room* you will receive $1 in loyalty rewards. These rewards are valid for 12 weeks from the date of issue.

Your rewards are calculated on a daily basis and if you are eligible for a reward or multiple rewards, you will receive these via email the next day. Rewards will be issued as coupons and will list the expiry date clearly on the individual coupon.

Rewards cannot be earned using other rewards as part of the transaction. For example, if you purchase $200 worth of wines and use $20 in rewards, you are only entitled to earn more rewards on $180 of the transaction value.

We will send you an email when you earn a reward. It is important that you don’t unsubscribe to these rewards emails or you won’t be able to know when you are entitled to a reward!

You can also log in to your account and see your rewards in your cart if you have reached the $100 minimum spend.

* You can not earn loyalty rewards on wine club subscriptions, the purchase of gift vouchers and any shipping costs.

Reward coupons can only be redeemed once and they can only be redeemed online at www.thelane.com.au .   

A minimum spend of $100 must be reached in order to redeem each reward coupon.

To redeem a reward online you must be logged into your account using the same email address that you used to set up your account and purchase your original order. As long as you’ve reached the minimum spend, you’ll see your reward coupon appear in you cart when you go to checkout from our online shop. Click on it to redeem!

When can’t rewards be redeemed? Rewards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with selected sales and promotions  – but it’s a great chance to earn them!

We will not be held responsible or liable if rewards are not able to be redeemed for whatever reason. But we will of course do our best to make sure you get all the rewards you deserve!

Unfortunately you won’t earn loyalty rewards when purchasing a gift voucher. Your rewards can’t be redeemed for gift vouchers either.

However, you will earn rewards when you pay using a gift voucher.

Unfortunately you won’t earn rewards on subscription renewal orders.

However, you will earn rewards on any extra purchases made in our online shop, as well as on visits to our restaurant or tasting room.
