A rich, complex wine that always has layers of flavour coupled with mouthwatering acidity.
Wine review: Youthful yet complex, rich yet crisp, caressing yet challenging all at once. A complex and enticing bouquet spans fragrant granny smith apple, lily perfume, lanolin, guava, even a note of wild honey. The palate delivers a spectacular panorama, with dramatic brush strokes of gooseberry pie and burnished tones of hazelnut cream, bathed in gentle white light of lily blossom, seemingly rounded and sweet at first, yet delightfully crisp, with granny smith apple crunch on the finish. Immaculate detail is painted on a canvas of deep, fibrous texture, carrying long on the finish. Brilliant.
