Wine review: 'The sauvignon blanc included 15% whole bunches, the remainder crushed and destemmed, the semillon all destemmed but not crushed, wild-fermented, 70% matured in French oak (15% new), 30% in stainless steel barrels, blended after 6 months, with a further 6 months in tank pre bottling. All this work has paid handsome dividends, the wine with complex texture and flavours and compelling drive; multi-citrus, lesser tropical and powerful, racy acidity.'
