Complex white peach, citrus zest, lychee compliment exceptional detail, minerality and length.

Wine review: 'The sauvignon blanc included 15% whole bunches, the remainder crushed and destemmed, the semillon all destemmed but not crushed, wild-fermented, 70% matured in French oak (15% new), 30% in stainless steel barrels, blended after 6 months, with a further 6 months in tank pre bottling. All this work has paid handsome dividends, the wine with complex texture and flavours and compelling drive; multi-citrus, lesser tropical and powerful, racy acidity.'

Wine review: 'Builds on this cuvee's already mighty reputation. I showed the 2012 vintage at the 100 Best Sommelier Lunches last season and its grace and latent power amazed everyone's palate. The subtle oak used in this flawless 2014 is so juicy and attractive that you want to take it for dinner and smooch all evening, and of course you can! This is one of the most delicately assembled SBS blends in the world and its dynamic tension will leave you lost for words.'
