DINING ROOM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposits

All weekend and public holiday bookings require a deposit of $10 per person to secure your reservation.

Cancellations

If you cancel your reservation with more than 24 hours notice, the deposit amount will be refunded as a lunch voucher for use in our Dining Room and Tasting Room. All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. *Your deposit will be forfeited if your booking is cancelled within 24 hours of your lunch.

Confirmations

You will receive a confirmation SMS 24-36 hours prior to your reservation, this requires a response from you to your confirm reservation. If you do not respond, we reserve the right to rebook your table. Guests who do not have a mobile contact can offer a landline or email contact instead for a manual confirmation.

Children

We can offer children’s packages for your younger guests (suited 3 – 12 year olds).  This package is $35 per child, and consists of a main meal (fish or chicken cotoletta w/ hand-cut chips), ice cream for dessert, and also includes soft drinks and juice.  We usually require at least 1 weeks’ notice if you require children’s meals, as all components are freshly hand made by our kitchen team. Should you require children’s meals on a shorter time frame, please ring our Reservations Team on 08 8388 1250 to confirm availability.

Dietary requirements

We can cater for most dietary requirements; please contact our Reservations Team prior to your lunch of any dietary needs for your guests.

Groups larger than 8 guests

We offer our a la carte menu for tables up to 8 guests in total. Should your guests total 9 or more, we offer our Shared Menu (please refer to our Group Lunch Brochure) and require a deposit of $10pp to secure your reservation. Accounts

We do not provide separate accounts. One account will be provided for the whole group on the day.

Reservation times

Please be aware that we operate upon a specific time schedule with our reservations.  We ask that your guests are prompt with arrival times to prevent delays in service for your group.  We strongly suggest you advise your guests of your reservation time to avoid disappointment.

Should you wish to conduct a wine tasting prior to your lunch, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your booking time (available only for groups of up to 8 guests).

Departure times

Our Dining Room and Tasting Room close at 4pm daily.  On weekends where we have weddings scheduled we ask that you depart strictly at 4pm. We suggest informing your transport to arrive 15 minutes prior to your departure time, as this will allow your guests time to finish up and not feel rushed.
